Those of you who know me know I have a great appreciation for good food, despite not having enough space on my body to put it all. I believe that being placed in the Philippines, and especially here in Metro Manila, where a bustling new food scene with multiple international cuisines being represented have set up shop was a match made in heaven. Not only will I talk about the food scene here in Makati, but also the true essence of Filipino food culture because I mean I didn't come here to eat food I could easily have access to back home in the U.S. So I only have one question... Will you take a bite with me?
